Product Features of Gate Valve:
- Full Port Design: Provides an unobstructed flow path, minimizing pressure drop and turbulence when the valve is fully open.
- OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke): Allows for easy visual indication of the valve position, with the stem visible above the yoke when open.
- Body-Bonnet (BB) Connection: Ensures a robust and secure connection between the body and bonnet, enhancing durability and leak resistance.
- Flexible/Solid Wedge: Available in both flexible and solid wedge designs to accommodate various flow conditions and pressure requirements.
- Renewable Seat Rings: Features replaceable seat rings that can be renewed to maintain sealing performance and extend valve life.
- Forged T-Head Stem: The stem is designed with a T-head for improved strength and reliability in operation, reducing wear over time.
- Rising Stem and Non-Rising Handwheel: Offers options for both rising stem (indicating valve position) and non-rising handwheel designs for space-saving installations.
- Flanged or Butt Welding Ends: Available with either flanged or butt welding ends to suit different installation requirements and piping configurations.
- BG Operator Availability: Can be equipped with a BG operator for automated control, enhancing operational efficiency in various applications.
- Compliance with Standards: Manufactured according to industry standards such as API 600, API 6D, and ASME B16 series, ensuring quality and reliability in performance.
