- Three-Eccentric Structure: Adds an angular eccentric to achieve “non-friction” sealing during valve operation, greatly extending the valve’s service life.
- Radial Dynamic Balanced Sealing System: Utilizes national patented technology to balance the forces on both sides of the butterfly plate inlet and outlet, reducing the valve opening torque to 1/3 of that of common butterfly valves, ensuring reliable two-way sealing.
- Composite Material Sealing Ring: The butterfly plate’s sealing ring is made from a composite of stainless steel, graphite, carbon fiber, and PTFE, offering better environmental protection, wear resistance, anti-flush properties, and reliability, with leakage rates meeting ANSI B16.104 WI or ISO5208 A standards.
- Replaceable Seat Ring/Seal Ring Design: Facilitates on-site maintenance with optimized material selection and sealing structure based on actual working conditions.
- High-Performance Packing Sealing: Features a packing-combined sealing system with a leakage rate ≤20 PPM, extending the maintenance-free period. The valve stem is designed with a “blow-out structure” in accordance with API 609 standards.
