Quatre composants, et voil\u00e0 la valve compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le disque repose sur une tige centrale \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du corps. En position ouverte\u00a0: le disque tourne parall\u00e8lement au flux, le fluide circulant librement autour de lui. En position ferm\u00e9e\u00a0: le disque pivote de 90 degr\u00e9s, son bord s&#039;appuie contre le rev\u00eatement en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re. Sous cette pression, le si\u00e8ge se d\u00e9forme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, comblant les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de surface du bord du disque et assurant ainsi l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Cette compression conf\u00e8re \u00e0 la vanne papillon \u00e0 si\u00e8ge \u00e9lastique une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite \u00e0 des pressions o\u00f9 les si\u00e8ges m\u00e9talliques fuient ou co\u00fbtent nettement plus cher pour un r\u00e9sultat \u00e9quivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Elastomer_Seats_Work_EPDM_NBR_Viton_PTFE\"><\/span>Fonctionnement des si\u00e8ges en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re\u00a0: EPDM, NBR, Viton, PTFE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mat\u00e9riau de si\u00e8ge inadapt\u00e9 entra\u00eene une d\u00e9faillance de la vanne. Un mat\u00e9riau de si\u00e8ge appropri\u00e9 garantit un fonctionnement sans probl\u00e8me pendant des ann\u00e9es. Quatre mat\u00e9riaux couvrent la plupart des applications courantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;EPDM est le mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l&#039;eau et les eaux us\u00e9es. Il r\u00e9siste bien \u00e0 l&#039;eau, \u00e0 la vapeur, aux acides et aux bases dilu\u00e9s. Il supporte des temp\u00e9ratures de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +120 \u00b0C. Une vanne papillon en EPDM est compatible avec les syst\u00e8mes d&#039;eau potable, d&#039;eaux us\u00e9es, d&#039;irrigation et de refroidissement. \u00c9vitez tout contact avec des fluides \u00e0 base de p\u00e9trole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le NBR r\u00e9siste aux huiles, aux carburants et aux fluides \u00e0 base de p\u00e9trole. Il offre une meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;huile que l&#039;EPDM. Sa temp\u00e9rature limite d&#039;utilisation est d&#039;environ 80 \u00b0C. Il se d\u00e9grade plus rapidement sous l&#039;effet de l&#039;ozone et des intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Viton est utilis\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&#039;EPDM et le NBR \u00e9chouent\u00a0: produits chimiques agressifs, hautes temp\u00e9ratures, hydrocarbures (jusqu&#039;\u00e0 180\u00a0\u00b0C). Plus cher, il est la norme dans le traitement chimique et les services offshore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PTFE est chimiquement inerte face \u00e0 la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des substances. Son comportement en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 diff\u00e8re de celui du caoutchouc car il ne se comprime pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Le corps de la vanne s&#039;adapte aux locaux techniques exigus o\u00f9 les vannes \u00e0 guillotine ne peuvent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es. NBR\u00a0: 80\u00a0\u00b0C maximum. Viton\u00a0: jusqu\u2019\u00e0 180\u00a0\u00b0C. PTFE\u00a0: plage de r\u00e9sistance chimique plus \u00e9tendue, mais les limites de pression varient selon la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la temp\u00e9rature limite d&#039;un si\u00e8ge en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, celui-ci durcit, se fissure ou se d\u00e9forme de fa\u00e7on permanente. La d\u00e9gradation thermique de l&#039;\u00e9lastom\u00e8re est irr\u00e9versible. La soupape para\u00eet intacte de l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur. Le si\u00e8ge, quant \u00e0 lui, ne peut plus se comprimer contre le bord du disque. Le si\u00e8ge gonfle, durcit ou se fissure au contact d&#039;un fluide hors de sa plage de r\u00e9sistance. Ne pas effectuer de v\u00e9rification par rapport \u00e0 une cat\u00e9gorie de fluides g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. V\u00e9rifier la compatibilit\u00e9 avec le fluide sp\u00e9cifique du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La corrosion du bord du disque provoque des fuites lorsque le mat\u00e9riau du disque est inadapt\u00e9 au proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Un bord de disque corrod\u00e9 ne peut assurer un bon contact avec l&#039;\u00e9lastom\u00e8re. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif de sp\u00e9cifier d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part le mat\u00e9riau et le rev\u00eatement du disque en fonction de la composition chimique du fluide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une d\u00e9faillance du joint de tige entra\u00eene une fuite externe. Les causes peuvent \u00eatre l&#039;usure m\u00e9canique, un garnissage inad\u00e9quat ou le fonctionnement de la vanne de r\u00e9gulation uniquement en position compl\u00e8tement ouverte ou ferm\u00e9e. Avant toute utilisation, veuillez v\u00e9rifier la compatibilit\u00e9 de l&#039;huile avec les donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9sistance au NBR. Certaines huiles synth\u00e9tiques attaquent le NBR plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produits chimiques agressifs, solvants, acides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Viton est utilis\u00e9 lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le PTFE est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 lorsque la puret\u00e9 chimique ou une r\u00e9sistance extr\u00eame est d\u00e9terminante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vapeur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni EPDM ni NBR.
