Cette marge compense l&#039;usure, les effets de la temp\u00e9rature sur l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et les variations de pression au cours des cycles de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taille de la vanne et configuration de la tige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une vanne \u00e0 guillotine \u00e0 actionneur \u00e9lectrique n\u00e9cessite une interface de montage dont la course et le diam\u00e8tre de la tige correspondent exactement aux sp\u00e9cifications de la vanne. Les normes ISO 5210 et ISO 5211 d\u00e9finissent les configurations standard de bride et d&#039;entra\u00eenement. Une vanne fonctionnant sous une pression diff\u00e9rentielle \u00e9lev\u00e9e n\u00e9cessite un couple sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui requis pour la m\u00eame vanne sous une pression diff\u00e9rentielle faible. La correction du couple due \u00e0 la pression diff\u00e9rentielle s&#039;effectue en multipliant le couple de base par un facteur de correction qui varie selon la conception de la vanne et sa pression nominale. Cette \u00e9tape est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signal d&#039;alimentation et de commande<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fabricants d&#039;actionneurs de vannes \u00e9lectriques proposent des produits fonctionnant sous 24 V CC, 110 V CA et 220\/380 V CA. La plage de tension utilisable d\u00e9pend de la tension d&#039;alimentation disponible sur le site d&#039;installation. La compatibilit\u00e9 du signal de commande est ind\u00e9pendante. Les actionneurs re\u00e7oivent des signaux de type 4-20 mA, 0-10 V ou marche\/arr\u00eat num\u00e9rique. L&#039;alimentation et le format du signal doivent \u00eatre compatibles avec l&#039;infrastructure du site\u00a0; sans cela, l&#039;actionneur ne pourra pas \u00eatre mis en service, quelles que soient ses sp\u00e9cifications de couple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigence de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mode de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d\u00e9finit le comportement d&#039;une vanne \u00e0 guillotine \u00e0 actionneur \u00e9lectrique en cas de coupure de courant. Les actionneurs pneumatiques requi\u00e8rent une infrastructure d&#039;alimentation en air comprim\u00e9. La commande pneumatique convient aux cycles rapides et \u00e0 la simplicit\u00e9 lorsque l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponible sur site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Common_Selection_Errors_to_Avoid\"><\/span>Erreurs de s\u00e9lection courantes \u00e0 \u00e9viter<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le sous-dimensionnement du couple est l&#039;erreur la plus fr\u00e9quente. Les op\u00e9rateurs risquent de ne pas s\u2019en apercevoir avant qu\u2019un dysfonctionnement du processus ne le r\u00e9v\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mode de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9fectueux est le troisi\u00e8me cas, et le plus grave. Aucune erreur visible lors de la mise en service.
