Nous les conna\u00eetrions utilis\u00e9s pour les po\u00eales \u00e0 GPL et les robinets d\u2019eau pour notre usage quotidien. Et compte tenu des diff\u00e9rentes machines, telles que les moteurs \u00e0 gaz, les compresseurs, les pompes et les v\u00e9hicules, les pi\u00e8ces indispensables sont les vannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a environ 4 000 ans, les Chinois avaient appris \u00e0 utiliser du bambou ou du li\u00e8ge dans les conduites d&#039;eau pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit de l&#039;eau. Et avec le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie de fusion et des machines hydrauliques, les bouchons sont remplac\u00e9s par des bouchons en cuivre en Europe. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des chaudi\u00e8res, des leviers et des poids de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, celui-ci a vu le jour en 1681. De plus, l&#039;invention du bateau \u00e0 vapeur l&#039;a conduit \u00e0 \u00eatre applicable dans l&#039;industrie m\u00e9canique. \u00c0 l&#039;heure actuelle, des vannes papillon et coulissantes sont utilis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9guler le d\u00e9bit et r\u00e9pondre aux exigences plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Par la suite, les robinets d&#039;arr\u00eat \u00e0 tige filet\u00e9e et les robinets-vannes \u00e0 tige filet\u00e9e trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale sont invent\u00e9s pour s&#039;adapter aux conditions de travail de plus en plus complexes. Et la Premi\u00e8re Guerre mondiale apporte de nombreuses nouvelles technologies, proposant \u00e0 la production de vannes une nouvelle \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce sont les dispositifs utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit, la pression ou la direction d&#039;\u00e9coulement des liquides, des gaz, des m\u00e9langes gaz-liquide ou des m\u00e9langes solide-liquide. Il se compose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&#039;un corps de vanne, d&#039;un chapeau, d&#039;un si\u00e8ge, de pi\u00e8ces de levage, d&#039;un m\u00e9canisme d&#039;entra\u00eenement, de joints et de pi\u00e8ces de fixation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon leurs fonctions, les vannes sont divis\u00e9es en six cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: vannes d&#039;arr\u00eat, vannes de r\u00e9gulation,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seekpart.com\/valves-fittings\/check-valves\/\">clapets anti-retour<\/a>, vannes de s\u00e9paration, vannes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et vannes polyvalentes. Ils d\u00e9tiennent respectivement leur propre sp\u00e9cification. Les vannes d&#039;arr\u00eat sont principalement utilis\u00e9es pour le passage des fluides, tandis que les vannes de r\u00e9gulation servent principalement \u00e0 r\u00e9guler la pression, le d\u00e9bit, etc. du fluide. Et les clapets anti-retour emp\u00eachent bien le reflux du fluide. Des vannes de s\u00e9paration sont utilis\u00e9es pour la distribution du d\u00e9bit dans des directions s\u00e9par\u00e9es en deux phases.
