No es una v\u00e1lvula de aislamiento est\u00e1ndar. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada espec\u00edficamente para minimizar el volumen muerto, prevenir la contaminaci\u00f3n y mantener la integridad del proceso durante y despu\u00e9s de la toma de la muestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la fabricaci\u00f3n farmac\u00e9utica, una muestra contaminada puede provocar el rechazo de un lote. En el procesamiento qu\u00edmico, una muestra mezclada con fluido estancado del volumen muerto de la v\u00e1lvula arroja lecturas que no coinciden con lo que realmente ocurre en el proceso. La integridad de la muestra depende del dise\u00f1o, el material y la instalaci\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula. Si alguno de estos factores falla, los datos son err\u00f3neos. Se toman decisiones basadas en datos incorrectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Types_Piston_Ball_Needle_Bottom-Sampling\"><\/span>Tipos: Pist\u00f3n, Bola, Aguja, Muestreo inferior<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los distintos tipos de v\u00e1lvulas de muestreo difieren en la forma en que gestionan el volumen muerto y el fluido espec\u00edfico que se muestrea. Cuatro tipos cubren la mayor\u00eda de las aplicaciones industriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00e1lvulas de pist\u00f3n<\/strong> Introduce un volumen fijo de fluido en el recipiente de la muestra con cada pulsaci\u00f3n. Consistencia uniforme. Bajo volumen muerto. Uso com\u00fan en aplicaciones farmac\u00e9uticas y alimentarias, donde la consistencia del volumen de la muestra es un requisito reglamentario, no solo una preferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00e1lvulas de bola<\/strong> Utiliza una bola perforada para una apertura y cierre r\u00e1pidos. Ideal para el servicio de l\u00edquidos y gases. Mayor volumen muerto que los tipos de pist\u00f3n. M\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de limpiar in situ. Est\u00e1ndar en el muestreo qu\u00edmico y petroqu\u00edmico, donde la velocidad es m\u00e1s importante que el volumen preciso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>v\u00e1lvulas de aguja<\/strong> Utiliza una aguja c\u00f3nica contra un asiento. Permite un control preciso del flujo. Es ideal para el muestreo de gases a alta presi\u00f3n, donde se requiere una regulaci\u00f3n precisa del caudal hacia el analizador. El muestreo con v\u00e1lvula de aguja se utiliza frecuentemente en sistemas de acondicionamiento de analizadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00e1lvulas de muestreo de fondo<\/strong> Se instala en el punto m\u00e1s bajo del recipiente. Permite extraer el fluido sedimentado o estratificado de la capa inferior. Se utiliza en parques de tanques donde la muestra debe representar el contenido del fondo, no la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Industries_Pharmaceutical_Chemical_Food_Petrochemical\"><\/span>Industrias: Farmac\u00e9utica, Qu\u00edmica, Alimentaria, Petroqu\u00edmica<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Misma categor\u00eda de v\u00e1lvula. Requisitos muy diferentes seg\u00fan el sector industrial al que se destine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fabricaci\u00f3n de productos farmac\u00e9uticos requiere dise\u00f1os que cumplan con las normas de la FDA y la ASME BPE. Superficies internas de acero inoxidable 316L electropulidas. Volumen muerto cero. Drenaje completo entre muestras. El muestreo en procesos farmac\u00e9uticos no tolera ning\u00fan dise\u00f1o que permita la acumulaci\u00f3n de fluido entre una muestra y la siguiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las aplicaciones de las v\u00e1lvulas de muestreo qu\u00edmico abarcan el servicio con fluidos corrosivos, el muestreo en reactores de alta temperatura y los sistemas de solventes. La compatibilidad de los materiales es fundamental. La industria alimentaria y de bebidas requiere superficies lisas, sin grietas, f\u00e1cil limpieza y cumplimiento con las normas sanitarias 3A. La industria petroqu\u00edmica abarca desde el petr\u00f3leo crudo en la boca del pozo hasta el muestreo del producto en las salidas de las refiner\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Material_Selection_for_High-Purity_316L_Hastelloy_PTFE_Seats\"><\/span>Selecci\u00f3n de materiales para alta pureza: 316L, Hastelloy, asientos de PTFE<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La selecci\u00f3n del material para una v\u00e1lvula de muestreo de alta pureza determina tanto la resistencia qu\u00edmica como si la propia v\u00e1lvula contamina la muestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acero inoxidable 316L es el est\u00e1ndar para aplicaciones farmac\u00e9uticas, alimentarias y qu\u00edmicas en general. Su bajo contenido de carbono reduce la sensibilizaci\u00f3n en las zonas de soldadura. Las superficies electropulidas resisten la adhesi\u00f3n bacteriana. El Hastelloy C-276 soporta \u00e1cidos agresivos, entornos con cloruros y corrientes oxidantes donde el 316L no resiste. Los asientos de PTFE son qu\u00edmicamente inertes frente a casi todo. Es el est\u00e1ndar en aplicaciones de alta pureza y semiconductores, donde incluso la presencia de trazas de iones met\u00e1licos en la muestra es inaceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sampling_Loop_Installation_Best_Practices\"><\/span>Buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la instalaci\u00f3n de bucles de muestreo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un circuito de muestreo hace circular continuamente el fluido del proceso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del punto de conexi\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula de muestreo. Elimina el problema del volumen muerto que se produce con una simple derivaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El circuito de muestreo va desde la l\u00ednea de proceso, pasa por la v\u00e1lvula y regresa al proceso en un punto de menor presi\u00f3n. El fluido se mueve constantemente. Al abrir la v\u00e1lvula, se obtiene un fluido que representa las condiciones actuales del proceso, no un fluido que ha estado estancado en una derivaci\u00f3n durante las \u00faltimas dos horas. La velocidad del circuito de muestreo debe ser lo suficientemente alta como para vaciar el volumen del circuito en segundos, no en minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Common_Issues_Contamination_Dead_Volumes_Corrosion\"><\/span>Problemas comunes: contaminaci\u00f3n, vol\u00famenes muertos, corrosi\u00f3n.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El volumen muerto es la causa principal de los errores de muestreo. El fluido estancado en el cuerpo de la v\u00e1lvula o en la conexi\u00f3n de la derivaci\u00f3n se desv\u00eda con el tiempo de las condiciones reales del proceso. El primer fluido que sale al comenzar el muestreo proviene de ese volumen muerto, no del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La corrosi\u00f3n libera iones met\u00e1licos en la muestra y, con el tiempo, provoca fallos mec\u00e1nicos. Las tablas gen\u00e9ricas de compatibilidad qu\u00edmica no son suficientes. Es necesario seleccionar el material adecuado seg\u00fan la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del fluido y la temperatura de funcionamiento. La contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada entre muestras se produce cuando el dise\u00f1o de la v\u00e1lvula retiene el fluido residual de la muestra anterior. Los dise\u00f1os de pist\u00f3n con sistema de purga solucionan este problema espec\u00edficamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Standards_and_Compliance_FDA_ASME_BPE_3-A\"><\/span>Normas y cumplimiento: FDA, ASME BPE, 3-A<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los tipos de v\u00e1lvulas de muestreo en industrias reguladas deben cumplir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pansvalve.com\/es\/achievement-contribution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">est\u00e1ndares espec\u00edficos<\/a> que definen los requisitos de dise\u00f1o, no solo las especificaciones de los materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norma ASME BPE abarca los equipos de bioprocesamiento, incluidas las v\u00e1lvulas de muestreo en la fabricaci\u00f3n farmac\u00e9utica.
