El acero inoxidable d\u00faplex es adecuado para aplicaciones marinas y con alto contenido de cloruros, donde el 316 est\u00e1ndar presenta riesgo de corrosi\u00f3n por picaduras. La clase 800 soporta hasta 1975 psi a temperatura ambiente en acero al carbono. Las clases 1500 y 2500 se aplican en servicio de vapor a alta presi\u00f3n y cabezales de pozo por encima del l\u00edmite de la clase 800. La construcci\u00f3n del cuerpo, ya sea forjada o fundida, es importante en clases de presi\u00f3n m\u00e1s altas. Cv representa el caudal de agua en galones estadounidenses por minuto con una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n de 1 psi a trav\u00e9s de la v\u00e1lvula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La f\u00f3rmula: Cv es igual al caudal dividido por la ra\u00edz cuadrada de la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n dividida por la gravedad espec\u00edfica del fluido. Para v\u00e1lvulas de globo de media pulgada, los valores de Cv suelen oscilar entre 0,5 y 4,0, dependiendo del dise\u00f1o de la v\u00e1lvula y la configuraci\u00f3n de los componentes internos. Un valor demasiado bajo produce una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n excesiva. Un valor demasiado alto hace que la v\u00e1lvula opere casi completamente abierta, perdiendo la capacidad de control de estrangulamiento. La selecci\u00f3n del Cv para v\u00e1lvulas de globo en aplicaciones de di\u00e1metro reducido requiere una evaluaci\u00f3n realista de las condiciones de caudal m\u00ednimo y m\u00e1ximo, no solo del caudal de dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Installation_and_Maintenance_Considerations\"><\/span>Consideraciones sobre la instalaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pansvalve.com\/es\/industrial-globe-valve-manufacturer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e1lvulas de globo<\/a> Son direccionales. La flecha de flujo en el cuerpo debe coincidir con la direcci\u00f3n del flujo de la tuber\u00eda. Instalarlo al rev\u00e9s fuerza la apertura del disco bajo la presi\u00f3n del flujo en lugar de mantenerlo cerrado. Esto afecta el rendimiento del cierre y provoca fugas en el sello del v\u00e1stago bajo alta presi\u00f3n diferencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mantenimiento de la empaquetadura es la principal tarea continua en una v\u00e1lvula de globo de peque\u00f1o di\u00e1metro.
