El sellado de la soldadura no depende del estado del sellador, la calidad del acoplamiento de la rosca ni la precisi\u00f3n con la que el instalador aplic\u00f3 la cinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las conexiones roscadas son diferentes. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pansvalve.com\/es\/product\/ball-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e1lvula de bola roscada<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pansvalve.com\/es\/product\/check-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e1lvula de retenci\u00f3n roscada<\/a> En un sistema que alterna entre alta y baja presi\u00f3n, se produce un micromovimiento en la interfaz de la rosca con el tiempo. Este movimiento deteriora la capa de sellador y crea una v\u00eda de fuga. Por debajo de 150 psi, en un sistema estable con baja vibraci\u00f3n, las conexiones roscadas funcionan de forma fiable. Por encima de esa presi\u00f3n, el riesgo aumenta con cada ciclo de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vibration_Resistance\"><\/span>Resistencia a la vibraci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed es donde la brecha es m\u00e1s significativa en las aplicaciones reales. Garantizado, con el tiempo y los ciclos de vibraci\u00f3n suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una v\u00e1lvula de cierre roscada en una l\u00ednea de compresor vibratoria requiere reapriete peri\u00f3dico y reemplazo del sellador. Si se omite un ciclo de mantenimiento, la fuga ya habr\u00e1 comenzado. Una v\u00e1lvula soldada en la misma ubicaci\u00f3n no presenta este problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Installation_Requirements\"><\/span>Requisitos de instalaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La instalaci\u00f3n de v\u00e1lvulas mediante soldadura a tope requiere un soldador certificado. Es fundamental un precalentamiento adecuado para materiales aleados. Se debe mantener una separaci\u00f3n de 1,6 mm entre el extremo del tubo y el hombro del tope durante la soldadura. Esta separaci\u00f3n es crucial. Si se omite, se produce una concentraci\u00f3n de tensiones en la ra\u00edz de la soldadura. Los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos provocan agrietamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La instalaci\u00f3n roscada requiere roscas limpias, el sellador adecuado y una llave inglesa. No requiere certificaci\u00f3n. No requiere precalentamiento. No requiere c\u00e1lculo de holgura. R\u00e1pido. Reversible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comparaci\u00f3n clave aqu\u00ed radica en el costo de instalaci\u00f3n frente al costo del ciclo de vida. La instalaci\u00f3n de v\u00e1lvulas soldadas a tope tiene un costo inicial mayor. En sistemas donde las conexiones roscadas requieren mantenimiento constante y, eventualmente, el reemplazo de la v\u00e1lvula soldada a tope debido al deterioro de la rosca, la opci\u00f3n soldada resulta m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica durante la vida \u00fatil de la v\u00e1lvula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_to_Use_Each_Connection_Type\"><\/span>Cu\u00e1ndo usar cada tipo de conexi\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las v\u00e1lvulas de soldadura a tope son la especificaci\u00f3n adecuada para vapor a alta presi\u00f3n, oleoductos y gasoductos, transferencia de productos qu\u00edmicos a presi\u00f3n elevada, servicio criog\u00e9nico y en cualquier lugar donde haya vibraciones y una fuga suponga un incidente de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las configuraciones de v\u00e1lvulas de bola y de retenci\u00f3n roscadas son adecuadas para sistemas de servicios p\u00fablicos de baja presi\u00f3n, conexiones de instrumentaci\u00f3n, puntos de muestreo y tuber\u00edas modulares o temporales donde se prev\u00e9 un desmontaje frecuente. Una v\u00e1lvula de cierre roscada en una l\u00ednea de suministro de agua potable o de aire comprimido es la herramienta adecuada.
