Una v\u00e1lvula de mariposa de EPDM funciona en sistemas de agua potable, aguas residuales, riego y refrigeraci\u00f3n. Mant\u00e9ngala alejada de fluidos derivados del petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El NBR soporta aceites, combustibles y fluidos derivados del petr\u00f3leo. Ofrece mayor resistencia al aceite que el EPDM. Su temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamiento ronda los 80 \u00b0C. Se degrada m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente con la exposici\u00f3n al ozono y a la intemperie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viton resiste donde EPDM y NBR fallan. Productos qu\u00edmicos agresivos, altas temperaturas, hidrocarburos. Hasta 180 \u00b0C. M\u00e1s caro. Est\u00e1ndar en procesamiento qu\u00edmico y servicios en alta mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El PTFE es qu\u00edmicamente inerte frente a casi todo. Su comportamiento de sellado difiere del del caucho, ya que no se comprime de la misma manera. Sencillez de instalaci\u00f3n en formatos de cuerpo tipo oblea o con orejetas. Cierre fiable dentro del rango de presi\u00f3n al que operan realmente los sistemas de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los sistemas HVAC los utilizan en circuitos de agua fr\u00eda, agua caliente y agua de condensaci\u00f3n. El cuerpo tipo oblea se adapta a salas de m\u00e1quinas estrechas donde las v\u00e1lvulas de compuerta no caben. El procesamiento qu\u00edmico depende de la selecci\u00f3n del asiento. EPDM para servicio con productos qu\u00edmicos a base de agua. Fuera de esos l\u00edmites, la especificaci\u00f3n correcta es la de doble o triple desplazamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Temperature_and_Pressure_Limits_by_Seat_Material\"><\/span>L\u00edmites de temperatura y presi\u00f3n seg\u00fan el material del asiento.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EPDM: hasta 120 \u00b0C, PN16 a PN25 seg\u00fan el dise\u00f1o del cuerpo. NBR: m\u00e1ximo 80 \u00b0C. Viton: hasta 180 \u00b0C. El asiento se hincha, se endurece o se agrieta al exponerse a un fluido fuera de su rango de resistencia. No verifique con una categor\u00eda general de fluido. Verifique con el fluido espec\u00edfico del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La corrosi\u00f3n del borde del disco provoca fugas cuando el material del disco no es el adecuado para el proceso. Un borde corro\u00eddo no puede asentarse correctamente contra el elast\u00f3mero. Especifique desde el principio el material y el recubrimiento del disco seg\u00fan la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del fluido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La falla del sello del v\u00e1stago implica una fuga externa. El desgaste mec\u00e1nico, el empaque incorrecto o el funcionamiento de la v\u00e1lvula de estrangulaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente en posici\u00f3n totalmente abierta o totalmente cerrada pueden causar fugas. Confirme el tipo de aceite espec\u00edfico con los datos de resistencia del NBR antes de especificarlo. Algunos aceites sint\u00e9ticos atacan el NBR m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Productos qu\u00edmicos agresivos, disolventes, \u00e1cidos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viton cuando la temperatura es elevada. PTFE cuando la pureza qu\u00edmica o la resistencia extrema son factores determinantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vapor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni EPDM ni NBR. La especificaci\u00f3n correcta para vapor es una v\u00e1lvula de mariposa de doble desplazamiento de alto rendimiento con asiento de metal o RPTFE. Sin embargo, algunas no. Por ejemplo: presiones superiores a PN25, temperaturas superiores a 180 \u00b0C, fluidos de proceso que da\u00f1an los elast\u00f3meros, vapor o hidrocarburos. En cualquiera de estas condiciones, el asiento de elast\u00f3mero deja de ser la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pansvalve.com\/es\/butterfly-valve-manufacturer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PANS Valve fabrica v\u00e1lvulas de mariposa.<\/a> para ambos lados de esa l\u00ednea.
