La pr\u00e1ctica habitual consiste en seleccionar un actuador con un par de apriete entre un 25 % y un 50 % superior al especificado por el fabricante de la v\u00e1lvula. Este margen compensa el desgaste, los efectos de la temperatura en el sellado y las variaciones de presi\u00f3n durante los ciclos de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tama\u00f1o de la v\u00e1lvula y configuraci\u00f3n del v\u00e1stago<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una v\u00e1lvula de compuerta con actuador el\u00e9ctrico requiere una interfaz de montaje que coincida exactamente con el recorrido y el di\u00e1metro del v\u00e1stago. Las normas ISO 5210 e ISO 5211 definen las configuraciones est\u00e1ndar de brida y accionamiento. Los actuadores reciben se\u00f1ales en formatos de 4-20 mA, 0-10 V o digitales de encendido\/apagado. Tanto la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n como el formato de la se\u00f1al deben coincidir con la infraestructura del sitio; de lo contrario, el actuador no podr\u00e1 ponerse en marcha, independientemente de su par de apriete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisito de seguridad contra fallos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El comportamiento a prueba de fallos define qu\u00e9 hace la v\u00e1lvula de compuerta con actuador el\u00e9ctrico cuando se interrumpe el suministro el\u00e9ctrico. Las tres opciones son: apertura en caso de fallo, cierre en caso de fallo y \u00faltima posici\u00f3n en caso de fallo.
